🖤Mantras are magic! Did you know that consistently saying mantras out loud to yourself creates new thought patterns in your brain? 🔅The term is called neuroplasticity. (This is just a big word to say the brain has the ability to change based on experiences and new information 😉)
Mantras are a way to rewire your brain to actually increase your happiness. Mind 🤯! Every thought you think and every feeling you feel, strengthens these nuero pathways in your brain. 🔅 🖤 Example 😉 If you consistently tell yourself, "I'm ugly!", "I'm too fat, I need to lose this gut!", "I'm so stupid why would anyone love me??" Then of COURSE you're going to be miserable! And then THAT manifests other miserable outcomes... and who wants to be around a miserable, negative person!? NO ONE! You're literally manifesting your own worst fears and thereby confirming your beliefs that you're not good enough bc of these things. 🔅But if you're consistently telling yourself, "I'm beautiful, strong, & intelligent and perfect exactly the way I am!" You will begin to rewire your brain to believe this and actually BE HAPPY!🤯 And therefore manifesting other good positive energy (people, things, activities) into your life. And yea you may have that gut you still want to get rid of but positivity creates positive uplifting energy that motivates and helps you get off the couch and be active... negativity creates negative, depressing energy that keeps you on the couch NOT being active and NOT living your best life. 🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅 🖤This is my mantra whenver i need strength and courage!
