We live in a time where hugging is a rare thing but if you CAN hug your loved ones, do it.
"Good vibes only" is something that goes around A LOT and though, the intent is not harmful, the action is. ONLY expressing the good vibes can lead to trapped emotions, burying those shadows deep down in order to smile and say, "I'm ok." It can lead people to think they can't talk about the bad stuff bc only good stuff is allowed.
We are human, and with that comes human experiences, which is not all butterflies and rainbows. Embrace ALL of your human experience, even the dark ones. Walk into your shadows and face what's there so that you can release the trauma and become stronger. Connect with people, even if you can't hug them. Ask your loved ones if they are ok and if they want to talk, tell them they are free to express and not to keep it locked away.
*Talk/ vent to your loved ones/friends. *Cry those big alligator tears. *Scream into those pillows until you cant talk. *Blare your music and dance around until you fall exhausted, out of breath and crying on the floor.. (I've done this lol) *Journal *Connect with nature- trailwalk with friends.
Feel your feelings and release the emotions keeping you trapped. Trapped emotions can and WILL keep you from manifesting the life you dream of. It WILL keep you from living to your fullest potential.
