I'm eleven weeks in to a lifelong journey

of wellness and mindfulness. I have been

half way here for a long time but with the help of @yogiatpeace I AM ACTUALLY FUCKING DOING IT! I'm climbing the stairs to my apartment after walking for 2.5 hours; just for fun, I exercise, go sky chasing...just to be out enjoying the beautiful evenings, and mostly because I have been having more energy than I have in years. Since I actually understand the connection between food & body and have the tools to be able to make healthier choices, handle stress better,I've lost 15lbs! Slowly but surely, one step at a time.
